4 hours on Friday for rehearsal & decorating, 13 hour duration on Saturday (10 am- 11 pm), 4 hours on Sunday

Events Include: tables and chairs for up to 280, sweetheart table for Bride and Groom, bathrooms, use of yard, fire table, patio heaters if needed (fee for propane use), gardens, bar area, buffet serving area, dessert area, coffee bar, refrigerators, outside seating, games, set up & tear down of tables and chairs. Clean up must be completed by 11 PM.
** You may purchase additional hours at a rate of $500.
** Bridal Suite rent may be added to any of the packages at a rate of $500
** Groom Loft rent may be added to any of the packages at a rate of $300
** White table cloths rent $150
**A Signed contract and a payment of one-third of your package total are required to reserve your event date(s)**
**A $500 refundable security deposit will be added to your final payment. If no damages occur, this deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your event **
